We have actively listened to our customers and now offer FREE FREIGHT on all purchases.

All of our products are in stock and available for delivery. Unless they are listed as Coming Soon.

If they are not available we will immediately contact you and offer a refund or replacement.

We pack Monday to Saturday and will endeavour to pack your order on the day we receive it.

We use Australia Post for shipping and provide tracking on the day it is posted. We most often pack and post on the same day, attempting to give you the fastest turnaround in delivery.

While we provide tracking details and you can use the Australian post app to follow your parcel, if you become concerned please reach out and contact us.

We also offer Click and Collect. You can pick-up from our warehouse in Main Beach, Queensland

 

Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately as hard as we try some products get damaged when being shipped to you.

To organise a refund, please take a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of its delivery. On receipt of the photo and your order number we will arrange a refund of the goods. If you would prefer us to replace the goods just let us know.

If you are unhappy with the goods you’ve received again send us a photo and a description of the issue and we will resolve it for you.
